893 People Died from COVID-19 This Month: A Record We Had Not Experienced Before

The pandemic situation in our country remains tense. Today, 43 people died due to COVID-19. A total of 18,141 tests were conducted, with 2,096 positive cases reported. 1,258 individuals have recovered from the illness. This was reported by Armenian Time News.

Currently, 31,090 patients are receiving treatment. In total, there have been 6,232 deaths due to the coronavirus. This marks a record monthly high for COVID-19 related deaths in Armenia.

In March 2020, when the virus first began to spread in our country, only 3 people died; in April, that number rose to 30. From August 2021 until this month, the figures have steadily increased.
