24-Hour Oxygen Production to Meet COVID Hospital Needs, Ministry of Health

The Ministry of Health has announced that the Atomic Power Plant and the Physics Institute will produce oxygen 24 hours a day to meet the needs of COVID hospitals.

Oxygen supply stations for medical centers servicing COVID patients have been operating under extreme pressure in recent days. As a result of intensified work, disruptions at the stations have been resolved, while the number of patients requiring oxygen in hospitals is on the rise.

Currently, more than 15 existing oxygen stations have been joined by the Atomic Power Plant and the Physics Institute in Yerevan, which will produce oxygen around the clock to ensure hospitals receive the necessary supply.
