Extraordinary Incident in Yerevan: Fire in Parked Nissan March Turns It to Ashes

Today, on October 28, an extraordinary incident occurred in Yerevan. At around 05:00 AM, the emergency situations ministry's rescue service received a call at their 9-11 crisis management center reporting that a vehicle was on fire near house number 26/3 on Aram Khachaturyan Street.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan from the scene, a firefighting crew from the ministry's rescue service, specifically from the 5th fire and rescue unit, arrived quickly on the scene. Police officers Samvel Kostandyan and Davit Hakobyan from the Yerevan patrol service’s first company were also present promptly.

The firefighters extinguished the blaze in the Nissan March vehicle parked under the building's window. The vehicle has been completely rendered unusable. The identity of the car owner is currently being established. Fortunately, there were no injuries reported as a result of the fire.
