Composition of the Board of Trustees of Yerevan State University Approved

The Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan, has approved the composition of the Board of Trustees of Yerevan State University by his decision.

“Based on Article 22, Part 3 of the Law on Foundations and Point 32 of Appendix 1 of the Government Decision No. 1408-N dated November 27, 2014, the composition of the Board of Trustees of the 'Yerevan State University' foundation is established in accordance with the appendix,” the Prime Minister's decision states.

The members proposed by the founder are:

• Suren Papikyan – Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia
• Karen Turchinyan – Deputy Minister of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports
• Nairi Sargsyan – Assistant to the Prime Minister
• Sargis Hayotsyan – Chairman of the Scientific Committee of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sports
• Yegishe Kirakosyan – Representative of the Republic of Armenia at the European Court of Human Rights.
