Civil Contract Party Appeals to Court to Annul Election Results: 'Shant' Alliance

The Civil Contract Party has submitted a lawsuit to the Administrative Court of Armenia on October 27, 2021, against the 34th Territorial Electoral Commission. The lawsuit requests the annulment of the 34th Territorial Electoral Commission's decision No. 38-A dated October 24, 2021, and decision No. 41-A dated October 24, 2021, as well as the election results of the local self-government bodies in the Tatev community of Syunik region from October 17, 2021. The party demands that the candidates from the Civil Contract Party who gathered the appropriate number of votes be recognized as elected.
