Decided: Who Will Coordinate the Elections in Kapan and Stepanavan

According to the newspaper "Zhoghovurd," after losing the Local Self-Government elections on October 17, the authorities have decided to implement a new strategy and involve new individuals. Accordingly, the authorities will activate their heavy artillery and, with a new tactic, will go door to door. This time, they will focus on the cities of Stepanavan and Kapan.

In Stepanavan, the work will be coordinated by MP Arpi Davoyan, Deputy Prime Minister Suren Papikyan, and Prime Minister's advisor Arayik Harutyunyan, with the latter stating that he can also coordinate efforts in the city of Kapan, as he enjoys love and respect. They are also trying to sidelined Tigran Avinyan and carry out activities without him since he has already failed once in Syunik.

All these individuals have received direct instructions from Armenia's Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan to ensure victory, particularly in these two cities. In any case, these three are the active individuals now spending their days in the regions and preparing for the upcoming elections on November 14.
