Azerbaijanis Steal 32 Cows and 13 Calves from a Resident of Chartar Village

On October 3, at around 08:00, a criminal case was initiated at the Territorial Investigative Department of the Artsakh Republic regarding an incident involving a group of individuals from the Republic of Azerbaijan. These individuals, acting in concert and motivated by mercenary intentions, are accused of conspiring to openly steal property belonging to a resident of the administrative territory of the city of Chartar, Martuni region of Artsakh. According to reports from the Artsakh Investigative Committee, 32 cows and 13 calves belonging to the 1956-born local resident were brazenly taken, resulting in significant property damage amounting to a total of 12,370,000 AMD.
