Mysterious Incident in Aragatsotn: 11-Year-Old Girl's Body and Her 19-Year-Old Sister Taken to Hospital, Who Also Died

A tragic incident occurred in the Aragatsotn region yesterday, October 25. At approximately 6:30 PM, the 'Ashtarak' medical center reported to the Ashtarak division of the police that two minors, one of whom was deceased, had been brought to them around 6:15 PM.

According to photojournalist Gagik Shamshyan, police and investigators revealed that on the same day, around 6:15 PM, a resident of one of the villages in the Aragatsotn region was taken to the hospital by relatives in a deceased state. The victim, an 11-year-old girl named S. N., was a student at one of the local schools. Another resident of the same village, 19-year-old Sh. N., was brought in unconscious and later succumbed to her condition without regaining consciousness.

A criminal case has been initiated at the Aragatsotn regional investigative department regarding the incident. Several examinations have been ordered by the investigator, including a forensic examination of the body.

The cause of their deaths will be determined following a series of investigations.
