27-Year-Old Man Shoots and Breaks Windows of Betting Office in Ashtarak

On October 25, at 01:25 AM, a citizen called the police to report hearing gunshots near one of Ashtarak's betting offices, and that windows of the building had been shattered. This was reported by the Armenian Police.

The operational group of the Ashtarak division, which arrived at the scene, determined that around 01:15 AM, shots were fired with an air gun at the windows of the betting office located on Yerevan Street in Ashtarak, resulting in broken glass.

Criminal investigators from the division, acting on operational information, apprehended two residents of Ashtarak, aged 20 and 27, at 04:00 AM on Sisakyan Street. The 27-year-old man admitted to firing the air gun and damaging the windows of the office.

Efforts are being made to recover the weapon. Materials are being prepared for further action.
