Video: Gas Explosion in a Residential Building in Tatarstan, Casualties Reported

A gas explosion has occurred in one of the residential buildings in Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan, damaging the roof of the building and the upper two floors. Four ambulance crews, rescuers, and firefighters have arrived at the scene. One injured person has been pulled from the rubble.

It is reported that four people were injured and 32 were evacuated. There are fears that three more individuals may be trapped under the debris.
