Major Car Accident in Armavir Province: Volkswagen Collides with Parked Nissan, Which Then Hits a 06 Vehicle

A major car accident occurred in Armavir Province on October 24. Around 15:20, on the 24 km section of the Yerevan-Armavir highway, a collision took place involving a Nissan driven by 34-year-old Armen Hovakimian from Vayots Dzor Province, a VAZ-2106 driven by 28-year-old Arthur Bareghamyan from Armavir Province, and a Volkswagen driven by 38-year-old Khachatur Khachatryan.

According to Shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, Khachatur Khachatryan received first aid at the scene from doctors of the Vagharchapat Medical Center and was subsequently transported to the same medical facility.

Materials are being prepared regarding the incident. According to G. Shamshyan, both the 06 vehicle and the Nissan were parked when the Volkswagen collided with the Nissan, which then rolled forward and struck the parked 06 vehicle.
