Another Earthquake Hits Armenia

On October 25, at 21:00 local time (17:00 GMT), a 2.5 magnitude earthquake was registered by the Seismic Protection Territorial Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia at geographical coordinates of 41.12° N latitude and 43.91° E longitude, in the Armenia-Georgia border zone, 8 km east of the village of Bavra, at a depth of 10 km. This was reported by the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The intensity of the underground tremor in the epicentral area was measured at 3 points. The earthquake was felt in the village of Bavra in Shirak Province, as well as in the towns of Tashir and Alaverdi in Lori Province, and in the village of Metsavan with an intensity of 2-3 points.
