Certain Processes Are Taking Place Secretly from the Public: Aram Vardevanyan
"Certain processes are taking place secretly from the public," stated Aram Vardevanyan, a member of the "Armenia" parliamentary faction, during a press conference. He added that despite the authorities' claims that nothing would be done in secrecy, the situation is different.
"As early as the 1960s, a convention was adopted which stipulates that if one state wants to compel another to sign a document, even if that document is signed, it is of no value. This is literally written and is one of the simplest principles in international law," the parliamentarian continued, citing examples of power and threats.
