Aliyev Signs Decision to Create Master Plan for Sanasar (Kubatly)
Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev has signed a decision to create a master plan for Kubatly (Sanasar) and has allocated half a million manats for the implementation of these works. The funds will be sourced from the Azerbaijani state budget.
Interestingly, the decision signed by the Azerbaijani president mentions that Kubatly is located in the "Eastern Zangezur Economic Zone."
