Turkey and Azerbaijan are doing everything to transfer the Artsakh issue to the '3+3' format, MP

It is currently difficult to say what involvement Armenia will have in this initiative for launching the Turkish-Azerbaijani '3+3' format. This was stated by Tigran Abrahamyan, a member of the 'I Have Honor' faction in the National Assembly, during a press conference.

'Turkey has been trying to gain a status and assume a mediating role within the OSCE Minsk Group format for many years, which Armenia has opposed. However, currently, Turkey and Azerbaijan are considering the '3+3' format in order to further expand Turkey's involvement in negotiations surrounding Artsakh,' noted Tigran Abrahamyan.

He also indicated that it is still unclear what subtexts this format will entail in the future, as details regarding it have not yet been presented.
