Torosyan on Vaccines

The former Minister of Health of Armenia and Prosperous Armenia Party member Arsen Torosyan wrote on his Facebook page: "Vaccines prevent mortality from the coronavirus Delta variant as well.

Recently, a study conducted in Scotland involving 1.5 million adults revealed that the AstraZeneca and Pfizer vaccines are equally effective in preventing deaths from the coronavirus Delta variant.

The effectiveness of the vaccines against mortality from the Delta variant is 90% for Pfizer and 91% for AstraZeneca, two weeks after receiving the second dose of vaccination."
