On October 21, a meeting was held for the first time between the new shareholders and the current management team with the leadership personnel of the combine. During the meeting, future actions and production volumes were discussed. The role and significance of each employee for the operations of the combine was particularly emphasized. There will be no layoffs in terms of personnel or social support.”
