How the Collected Funds of the 'Armenia' Foundation Were Spent: A Parliamentary Inquiry Committee Has Been Formed

According to Article 20, Part 1 of the Constitutional Law on the Regulations of the National Assembly, an inquiry committee has been established by law for the purpose of examining the use of funds collected by the 'Armenia' All-Armenian Foundation and transferred to the state budget of the Republic of Armenia, at the request of at least one-quarter of the total number of MPs.

According to Article 20, Part 6 of the Constitutional Law on the Regulations of the National Assembly, the draft decision determining the number of members of the inquiry committee will be discussed in the regular sessions of the National Assembly starting on October 26, 2021, as stated in the announcement by the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly, Ruben Rubinyan.
