WHO Resumes Review of Sputnik V Vaccine Approval Application

The World Health Organization has resumed the approval process for the Sputnik V vaccine against coronavirus. This was reported by Говорит Москва, referencing a statement published on the official Twitter account of the Russian vaccine.

"WHO has confirmed that the approval procedure for Sputnik V is ongoing and is entering the final phase. A team of WHO inspectors is expected to visit Russia soon to gather all necessary data regarding the vaccine," the statement reads.
