An internal investigation has been initiated regarding the clash that occurred between police officers and citizens last evening in the 7th district of Nor Nork. This information was provided to MediaHub.am by the police.

The situation was tense in the 7th district of Nor Nork yesterday, as employees of the Yerevan City Hall were demolishing two stone structures located at 5 Hunan Avetisyan Street, which served as garages for local residents. A large number of citizens and police officers gathered in the area, trying to prevent the buildings from being demolished.

It is noted that a scuffle occurred between the police officers and the citizens. According to those present, the police detained a young man who claimed that he was beaten.
