Tragic Accident Leaves 5 Dead and 13 Injured

On October 20, at 07:04, the Ararat regional emergency management center received a call reporting an accident at the intersection in Kakavadzor village. There are casualties, as reported by the Armenian News Agency (AUN).

A firefighting and rescue team from the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. It has been determined that a passenger vehicle of the brand "GAZel" veered off the roadway and overturned on the 50th kilometer of the Yerevan-Gyumri highway.

According to preliminary information, there are 5 deceased and 13 injured individuals. Ten of the injured are currently at the Armenia Medical Center, while three others are receiving treatment at the Ashtarak Hospital.
