National Security Service Responds Late to My Letter, Government Staff Remains Silent: Tigran Abrahamyan
Member of the National Assembly's 'I Have Honor' faction Tigran Abrahamyan wrote on his Facebook page: “This morning, I addressed the fate of the participant of the 44-day war, military doctor Hrant Papikyan, in an official letter to the National Security Service (NSS), informing that the NSS has not responded to my inquiries within the specified deadline.
Lieutenant Colonel Papikyan, head of the medical service of the military formation, was reportedly captured on October 6. His fellow servicemen told me after my post that Papikyan had been at the hottest points of the battlefield until October 6 and saved many lives.
At the end of the workday, the NSS finally responded to my letter, albeit belatedly, providing information regarding the processes and ongoing efforts related to the serviceman's fate. It is interesting that the Ministry of Defense, the police, and the NSS did not respond to my letter within the specified time, but after my public appeals, they responded quickly.
Only the Prime Minister’s Office continues to maintain silence, even after the public disclosure of the topic, in violation of the law. There is no point in urging Nikol Pashinyan; he has no shame or decency, and he completely disregards laws and public opinion. He has a more important mission now—enjoying the privileges of power, while a person has no value for him, especially since the elections are already over.”
