Forecast Predicts Temperatures Dropping to -1, Surface Frost at -3 to -4 Degrees
The Shmoun Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center reports that significant cold weather is expected in the Ararat Valley. On the nights of October 21-22 and October 22-23, temperatures are forecasted to reach as low as -1 degrees Celsius in the air, with surface temperatures dropping to between -3 and -4 degrees Celsius, particularly in the Armavir region.
