18+. VIDEO: Fishermen Block Yerevan-Sevan Highway, Tangle with Gegharkunik Governor

Residents of the Gegharkunik region have blocked the Yerevan-Sevan highway. They claim that without the creation of jobs, their livelihoods are being taken away, and they cannot support their families through fishing as the sea is being closed off.

Gegharkunik Governor Karen Sargsyan came to meet with the citizens. He insisted that they open the road, promising that he would raise the issue and try to find a solution. Some citizens were outraged and pulled at the governor. They demand representatives from the National Assembly.
