Why Muradov Went to the NSS Early in the Morning
According to the publication "Hraparak", "According to our sources in the NSS, General Muradov went to the NSS at 9 AM to congratulate Armen Abazyan on his 50th anniversary. In the second half of the day, he is expected to make a working visit to Baku. It is too early to say anything regarding the return of captives, as there are currently no preliminary agreements in place, according to our sources.
We would like to remind that General Muradov was the commander of the peacekeepers until the beginning of September this year, after which he returned to the Russian Federation, continuing his service as the deputy commander of the military district in southern Russia, while also participating in Russian-Azerbaijani negotiations over the issue of Artsakh.
It is worth noting that until now, Armenia has not been able to return any captives without Muradov's involvement. It is likely that this has fueled yesterday's discussions online about the return of captives; once again, the Armenian authorities hope that Muradov will bring back captives, and against this backdrop, they ensure their own publicity."
