VIDEO: Police Rescue Five Women from Sexual Slavery in Moscow

Police and activists have freed five female migrants from sexual slavery. This was reported by the Mash Telegram channel.

According to the channel, one of the women arrived from Uzbekistan for seasonal work. Upon her arrival in Tver, her new owners tore up her documents and informed her that she was required to provide sexual services to men and hand over all the money she earned.

Following this, the woman was placed in a closed cafe called 'Sunny' in the Moscow region, along with five other detained women. One day, the enslaved woman managed to take advantage of the negligence of her captors and escape. She was able to reach a train station and call her relatives, who helped her connect with public figures that decided to provide assistance.

A verification process is currently underway regarding the incident, and the question of initiating a criminal case is being resolved. The suspects have been arrested.
