The impression that the demarcation of borders between Armenia and Azerbaijan has begun is incorrect. Armenian Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan addressed journalists regarding the reports about Pella Mountain in Kapan passing to the Azerbaijani side. He urged adherence to official communications.

"In order to talk about borders, we must first thoroughly investigate the entire legal basis related to the borders," said the Deputy Prime Minister.

He noted that there are numerous problems that complicate the processes considerably. "Separate processes may have a certain implementation logic, but the overall atmosphere must be much better," he added.
