Albert Hovhannisyan Awarded the Title of 'Hero of Artsakh'

Albert Hovhannisyan, who lost his life in the 44-day war, has been posthumously awarded the highest title of 'Hero of Artsakh'.

"My dear Albert, as your father, I have had a thousand reasons to be proud of you and who you are. Now you have been bestowed the high title of 'Hero of Artsakh', and the 'Golden Eagle' medal acknowledging it has been handed to me. I am once again proud and grateful to have been blessed to be your father, but at the same time, I am punished by living without your physical presence. Congratulations, my hero and artillery soldier son," wrote Albert's father, Artak Hovhannisyan, on his Facebook page.
