Lavrov Discusses Nagorno-Karabakh Conflict with ICRC President

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov had a telephone conversation today with the President of the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC). According to the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, interactions between the Russian Foreign Ministry leadership and the ICRC continue and are of a constructive and meaningful nature.

During the phone call, they exchanged opinions on crisis response themes in various regions of the world. They specifically discussed the humanitarian situation in Syria, Afghanistan, and the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.

They expressed their willingness for further effective discussions in areas of mutual interest.
