Baku Provides Arms to Terrorist Groups in Black Market: Documents Released
Puya Hosseini, the founder of the "Armenia-Iran Strategic Cooperation Development Center," writes on his Facebook page: "Azerbaijan's central role in providing weapons to terrorists in the black market. Important documents have been published by Iranian Telegram channels.
The documents from the Azerbaijani Embassy in Bulgaria, which were hacked and disclosed in 2017, show that the Baku leadership uses the secret and diplomatic flights of Silk Way Airlines to supply weapons for the black market. These documents reveal the supply of arms to the ISIS terrorist groups in Syria commissioned by Saudi Arabia.
In the black market of arms, Baku serves as a regional transit center for military supplies to terrorist groups, supported by Turkey, Saudi Arabia, and other states."
