A Substantive Dialogue Established Between Armenia and Russia: Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that a substantive dialogue and effective cooperation have been established between Armenia and Russia in various fields. He made this announcement in his greeting address to the participants of the 8th Interregional Forum of Russia and Armenia.

“The relations between Russia and Armenia, based on the age-old traditions of friendship and mutual respect, are truly of a allied nature. A substantive political dialogue has been established between our states, and effective cooperation is ongoing in various fields. Interregional cooperation plays a very significant role in the development of Russian-Armenian relations, providing opportunities to implement mutually beneficial projects in the economic, social, infrastructural, humanitarian, and many other areas,” the telegram stated.

Putin emphasized that within the framework of the conference, officials from Armenia and Russia, as well as representatives from civil society organizations, academia, and business circles will have the opportunity to exchange experiences, discuss bilateral agenda issues, and outline pathways for further joint efforts.

“I hope that the conference will be held in a creative and constructive spirit, initiating new initiatives that will contribute to the strengthening of effective Russian-Armenian partnership, as well as promote integration processes in the Eurasian space,” concluded Putin.
