In Tegh Community, Civil Contract Representatives Transport People Without License Plates: Ioannisyan
Daniel Ioannisyan, the head of the Independent Observer public alliance, wrote on his Facebook page: “In the Tegh community of Syunik province, representatives of the Civil Contract party are transporting voters by cars. According to available information, rented 'Nivas' have also been involved for this purpose.
1. The license plates of the vehicles used to transport voters have been removed. An attempt by observers to chase after such a 'Mazda' failed; the car without plates escaped.
2. Numerous places have posters illegally affixed, exploiting administrative resources. For example, this enormous poster above the Haypost building.
3. There have been three authorized persons present at the polling station simultaneously, while the law allows only one for local self-government elections.
‘Independent Observer’ continues to operate both in Tegh and other settlements. I will present further details during my briefing in Goris at 12:00.”
