City Council Member Continues Duties After Assassination Attempt

The member of Yerevan City Council from the "My Step" faction, Arman Antonian, continues to fulfill his duties following an assassination attempt against him. This was reported by Antonian.

On August 1, Antonian was attacked at his home, where his family members were threatened, and he was stabbed 11 times, leaving him in extremely critical condition. The council member asserts that the incident occurred after he raised certain issues and is linked to his professional activities. Some individuals were displeased with the issues he raised.

It is worth noting that Arman Antonian spent a long time in the hospital after unknown assailants invaded his apartment and inflicted multiple stab wounds on him. His condition was initially assessed as extremely critical.
