Acting Head of Ararat Community Appointed

On October 15, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a new decree stating: "In accordance with Article 27, Part 1 of the Law on Local Self-Government of the Republic of Armenia, Aslan Avetisyan has been appointed as the acting head of the Ararat community of Ararat Province."
