What is the State Budget Revenue: Details from the Head of the State Revenue Committee

“In the first 9 months of 2021, the revenue of the state budget amounted to 1 trillion 137 billion drams,” stated the head of the State Revenue Committee, Rustam Badazyan, during a briefing following a government meeting.

He noted that in the same period of 2019, this figure was 1 trillion 79 billion, while in 2020 it was 1 trillion 16 billion. In 2021, compared to 2019, there was an increase of 58.1 billion drams, reflecting a growth of 5.4 percent.

“This figure, 1 trillion 137 billion drams, is a record for the first 9 months. In other words, the revenue of the state budget has never been this high in the first 9 months,” said Rustam Badazyan.
