Iranians Arrested in Turkey: Reasons Revealed

The National Intelligence Organization of Turkey and police officials have uncovered a spy network in the Van province. According to the Anadolu Agency, security forces have arrested eight individuals, including two agents of Iranian special services. Two of the suspects are Turkish citizens.

It has been reported that the members of the group were arrested on September 24 while attempting to kidnap a former Iranian military officer, M.A., and forcibly return him to his home country by car.
