Iran Approaches Nuclear Weapon Capability, Israel Reserves Right to Prevent It Anytime: Israeli Foreign Ministry
Every day that negotiations with Iran are delayed brings Tehran closer to the development of nuclear weapons, and Israel reserves the right to take any action at any time to prevent this. This was stated by Israeli Foreign Minister Yair Lapid during a press conference in Washington with U.S. Secretary of State Antony Blinken and UAE Foreign Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, according to TASS.
“If the terrorist regime acquires nuclear weapons, we must act. Israel reserves the right to act at any time and by any means, which is not only our right but also our responsibility,” he stated.
“We are writing a new chapter in history. This is a coalition of moderate countries,” Lapid said, addressing his American and Arab counterparts.
