Artsakh President Continues to Expand State Apparatus: 'Hraparak'
The newspaper 'Hraparak' reports: 'Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan, in order to bolster his power, continues to expand the state apparatus. By his decision, a housing issues committee has been formed, which will address residential matters for the families of fallen (deceased) and missing persons, first group disabled individuals, and those who have become homeless.
Previously, these issues were handled by the Ministry of Social Security and Migration, and there was no perceived need for a separate committee. However, the presidential office has turned into an 'employment committee' after the war, where the main task has become placing as many people as possible in jobs and making them loyal to the establishment.'
