Aliyev No Longer Needs to Negotiate with Pashinyan, They Seem to Agree on Fundamental Issues: Edgar Ghazaryan
The former head of the Constitutional Court’s staff, Edgar Ghazaryan, stated on his Facebook page:
“President Ilham Aliyev of Azerbaijan essentially no longer needs to negotiate with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan of Armenia, as they seem to agree on fundamental issues. Furthermore, regarding matters significant to him, Aliyev is not obligated to convince the Prime Minister of Armenia, but rather refers to him.
Simultaneously, in the context of the dual functions carried out by the Prime Minister of Armenia and the Azerbaijani ambassador in Armenia, it is evident that only Azerbaijan benefits from this situation.”
