Deputy Prime Minister Suren Papikyan assures that everyone understands what actions the Armenian government is taking to return Armenian captives from Azerbaijan. "At this moment, Davidian Artur, who crossed the Artsakh border in August 2021, is returning to Armenia," Papikyan announced in the National Assembly.

He stated that Davidian is already in the Republic of Armenia. According to Papikyan, the Armenian authorities are doing everything possible to ensure the return of captives.
