QP deputy Arpi Davoyan addressed the video shared by the police on her Facebook page, stating: "When the enemy was building military bases, military bases were being sold in Armenia. Ask Seyran Ohanyan, when he became Minister of Defense, was he not surprised during the handover-acceptance that a military base was sold?"
