The member of the ruling party, Tigran Davoyan, has written on his Facebook page:

“It’s a closed circle, we are all guilty—residents, homeowners’ association, and the city hall. The city hall is guilty in the sense that it does not communicate with the residents, does not conduct explanatory work, and does not make statements through the media. This bulky waste has been in the yard for days. Residents pass by, yet they do not reprimand their careless neighbors. The resident does not know that there is a paid service for the removal of bulky waste, and the city hall is even unable to provide proper information about that company, let alone that the resident should know.”
