Petition to Name a Street in Yerevan After Shushi: A New Initiative

The Youth Organization of the Republican Party of Armenia has issued a statement announcing a petition to demand the naming of a street in Yerevan after Shushi.

"We inform you that in connection with the anniversary of the 44-day war in Artsakh, the Youth Organization of the Republican Party of Armenia (Yerevan Council) is organizing a petition to name a street in Yerevan after Shushi. The petition will take place throughout the city in major parks across all administrative districts, and additional information will be provided on this matter. Public discussions are also planned. The petition will also be conducted on an online platform. At the same time, we announce that after summarizing the petition, we will apply to the Yerevan City Hall to fully implement the process," the statement reads.
