At Least One Actor Accuses the Baku Dictator of Violating Armenia's Border on the Goris-Kapan Highway: Vardan Voskanyan

The dictator of Baku, boasting about the "authority" of his henchmen's presence on the Goris-Kapan highway, cites the foolhardy statements of certain representatives of the Armenian government as "evidence" and claims that Armenia supposedly accepts this. This was reported by Iran expert Vardan Voskanyan.

However, it is noteworthy that in the same boast, he also speaks of someone else who claims that the Baku dictator has violated Armenia's borders, considering this claim "ridiculous," as Armenia supposedly has no objections.

Judging by the Baku dictator's statement, there is at least one actor in the international arena who is accusing him of violating Armenia's border on the Goris-Kapan highway through closed channels.

Presumably, this must be Iran.
