Nikol Pashinyan Has His Irreplaceables as Well: 'Hraparak'
According to the newspaper 'Hraparak', 'In the Former Officials' Armenia, there were officials who occupied state positions unrelated to each other for years, remaining in the state management system and enjoying all the advantages that come with their positions. Such individuals included Aram Harutyunyan, known as Bulky Aram, Yervand Zakaryan, David Lokyan who changed several ministries, among others.
In the Velvet Armenia, no one has surpassed the biography of Argishti Kyaramyan regarding the issue of swapping positions. However, now there is a challenger: Bagrat Badalyan. Bagrat Badalyan received his first position in Velvet Armenia in 2018, when he was appointed Deputy Minister of Transport, Communication and Information Technology. A year later, he became the Deputy Minister of the Ministry of Transport, Communication and Information Technology. The next year, he took on the role of Chief of Staff of the Deputy Prime Minister, and now, a year later, he is the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister's Office.
In just four years, he has held four state positions, three of which are by the Prime Minister’s decisions, and one by the Deputy Prime Minister. This is an absolute record.
The sad part is that neither when assigning duties nor when dismissing an individual, the public is informed about the reasons behind such decisions. If someone was underperforming and was removed, why are they being returned to the state system in another position? If they were performing well, why were they removed from the state apparatus? There is no logic in this.'
