Diaspora Armenian Benefactors Meet with Arshak Karapetyan and Donate a Batch of SUVs to the Ministry of Defense

On October 8, Armenian Minister of Defense Arshak Karapetyan welcomed Diaspora Armenian benefactors at the Ministry of Defense administrative complex. The benefactors donated a batch of SUVs to the ministry, as well as to the ministries of emergency situations and the environment.

Welcoming the guests, Arshak Karapetyan assured that although maximum efforts are being made to equip the armed forces with necessary automotive equipment as soon as possible, such expressions of readiness to support the defense of the homeland are commendable and, at the same time, strengthen the connection between the army and society.

In recognition of their ongoing support to the armed forces, the benefactors were awarded the "Military Cooperation" medal by the decree of the minister of defense. The departmental medals were presented to the benefactors by Deputy Minister of Defense Arman Sargsyan.
