33 COVID-19 Deaths Recorded in Armenia

As of October 8, at 11:00 AM, a total of 269,874 cases of the coronavirus disease have been confirmed in Armenia, with 246,659 patients having recovered and 5,499 fatalities. Currently, there are 16,490 patients receiving active treatment for COVID-19. In total, 1,789,088 tests have been conducted.

Yesterday, 8,576 tests were carried out, confirming 1,202 new cases of the coronavirus disease. There have been 400 recoveries and 33 deaths recorded.

The previous day, there was one reported death of a patient who had contracted COVID-19, but the death was due to an unrelated health condition. The total number of such cases is now 1,226.
