Vigilant and Active: Iran's President Statement

Iranian President Seyed Ebrahim Raisi stated during a cabinet meeting on Wednesday that the presence of the Zionist regime (Israel) and terrorist organizations in the outskirts of Iran is unacceptable.

According to the president's office press service, Raisi noted that "the policy of neighborliness should be mutual and based on goodwill and constructive cooperation."

The Iranian president considered constructive cooperation to be the key factor for economic growth and prosperity of all peoples in the region and added: "The Caucasus region can become a good example of this close cooperation."

Emphasizing regional security, Raisi added, "Regional security should be ensured through multilateral internal mechanisms, while the meddling of evil and ambitious elements harms the interests of the nation." Raisi also highlighted that the Islamic Republic of Iran is vigilant and active, based on its national interests.
