Three-Car Accident in Ararat: Injuries Reported

On October 7, an accident occurred in the Ararat region. At around 20:00, on the 12th kilometer of the Yerevan-Eraskh highway, in the administrative area of the city of Masis, vehicles including an Opel Zafira, a Ford Transit, and a Lada 21015 were involved in a collision.

According to shamshyan.com, as a result of the accident, one person sustained bodily injuries and received initial medical assistance from doctors who promptly arrived from Masis Hospital, before being transferred to “Erebuni” Medical Center.

A team from the Emergency Situations Ministry’s Masis Fire and Rescue Unit also arrived promptly at the scene to provide assistance. The rescuers from Masis attended to the injured individual and subsequently secured the area by deactivating the vehicles, shutting off the gas cylinder, and isolating the zone.

Furthermore, officers from the 2nd squad of the 1st battalion of the Road Police’s 2nd serviceman company arrived at the scene under the command of squad leader Grigor Poghosyan and section leader Karapet Harutyunyan.
