Putin and Aliyev Have Had a Phone Conversation
The President of Azerbaijan, Ilham Aliyev, called the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, on the occasion of his birthday.
During the phone conversation, the presidents discussed the prospects for bilateral relations. The situation in the region was also addressed.
